LATIN AMERICAN GASTRO TOUR ON "LA COSTA DEL SOL"
Embark on a Latin American food tour is a fantastic way to explore the region's rich and diverse culinary traditions.
We will start at ANDINO GASTRO BAR, a Latin restaurant that offers combination menus from the most prominent Latin American countries; where you can travel through Latin America in just one menu, Mexican, Peruvian, Colombian, Venezuelan and Chilean cuisines, all in one dinner... What more could you ask for!
First menu price: €25 per person
We will start with a warm welcome, with Chicha Morada Sour: Refreshing and aromatic cocktail inspired by the Peruvian drink.
Followed by Finger food appetizer:
- Venezuelan Tequeños (2 units per person): Latin American cheese fingers with guacamole sauce with guacamole sauce.
Immediately after, Tostadas de Causa Limeña: Mini toasts of mashed potatoes with mushrooms and guacamole.

- Sharing plates:
- Mini Cochinita Pibil or Vegan Tacos (1 per person): Corn tortillas filled with pork or bean stew and mushrooms, served with pico de gallo.

1. Getting started:
- Chicha Morada Sour: Cocktail with Pisco and spices.
- Finger food appetizer:
- Peruvian Ceviche (mini single serving): Fish marinated with
with lemon, corn and sweet potato.
- Mini Arepitas Reina Pepiada (1 per person): Arepas filled with
chicken, avocado and mayonnaise.
2. Main course (30 minutes after the welcome):
- Dishes to share:
- Mini Mexican Enchiladas (1 per person): Tortillas au gratin with
cheese, shredded chicken, and green sauce.
- Colombian Patacones (2 per person): Fried green
topped with vegan pulled beef and Creole sauce.
- Shrimp Tacos with Cheese (1 unit per person): Tortillas stuffed with
sautéed shrimp and guacamole.
3. Dessert (1 hour after start):
- Venezuelan Majarete: Small portions of creamy coconut with cinnamon and nuts.
