1. GENERAL POINTS
This Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") applies to the website hosted under the domain name www.goandance.com (the "Website") owned by GODANCE SALSA, S.L., a company whose registered office is located in Barcelona, calle Roger, número 38, Bajos (08028), with C.I.F. (Tax Identification Number). B-66413691 and registered in the Mercantile Register of Barcelona in Volume 44551, Folio 124, Page B-459590, entry 1 ("GO&DANCE"); and under any of the subdomains or web pages dependent on it.
In accordance with current legislation on the Protection of Personal Data, GO&DANCE informs the user(s) (the "User(s)") of the Website of the Privacy Policy that it will apply to the processing of the personal data that the User provides when registering on the Website by completing the registration form provided for this purpose on the Website (the "Registration Form"), as well as during the ticket purchase process or in the interactions it carries out with GO&DANCE.
In order to browse the Website and the App it is not necessary for Users to disclose their personal data. However, in certain cases, GO&DANCE may require certain information in order to provide you with the services you require.
The completion of the Registration Form by the Users as well as the data provided during the ticket purchase process or through any type of interaction with GO&DANCE, necessarily implies, and without reservation, the knowledge and acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the Conditions of Use, for which Users must validate the box provided for this purpose in the Registration Form or in the ticket purchase process. Therefore, the User is recommended to read these legal texts carefully beforehand.
2. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1. Collection of personal data
Whenever the User creates an account on the Website, either directly or through Facebook, makes a ticket purchase through our Website or through the promoters authorized by GO&DANCE, participates in a draw or interacts in any way with us, we will collect personal data in order to manage the provision of services required.
By completing the Registration Form, Users must provide the following information, which must be accurate and truthful: email address and password.
Also, during the ticket purchase process, additional economic or financial information (such as your credit or debit card number) may be requested in order to carry out the execution of the services.
In addition, GO&DANCE may also collect: information on the User's use of the Web Site, since when browsing it will be possible to obtain data on the User's IP address, the type of browser, the time of access and the addresses of the websites from which the User has accessed, as well as the browsing data. Collecting such information allows GO&DANCE to tailor the content, offering and browsing of each User to improve our services and their experience on the Website, to identify possible fraudulent uses, and to produce statistics on the use and effectiveness of our Website.
The User, by providing GO&DANCE with his/her personal data, will expressly consent, through the mechanism set up for this purpose, to GO&DANCE being able to process such data in accordance with the terms established in this Privacy Policy, which will constitute the legal basis for its processing.
In the event that, during the purchase process, the User acquires tickets for a third party whose data are required for the correct provision of the service, the User declares and guarantees that he/she has informed the third parties whose data he/she provides of the contents of this Privacy Policy and has obtained from these third parties the consent required for their communication and processing by GO&DANCE.
The User must notify GO&DANCE of any changes to the data provided, and will in any event be responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided at any time.
The data voluntarily provided by the User during the use of our services will be included in a file owned by GO&DANCE for processing for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy. In accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data and in particular with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("RGPD"), GO&DANCE will keep a register of personal data processing activities.
GO&DANCE has adopted the necessary technical and organisational measures to maintain the level of security required, depending on the nature of the personal data processed and the circumstances of the processing, in order to prevent, as far as possible and always in accordance with the state of the art, their alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.
2.2. Purposes of processing
GO&DANCE may process Users' personal data for the following purposes:
User Registration: The data provided by the Users will be used for the provision of the services provided through the Website.
Contracting of Products and Services. Purchase of Tickets: To manage the contracting of the products and services offered through the Website or through authorised promoters, as well as the management of the contractual relationship between GO&DANCE and the Users. Financial data (bank cards) may be collected during the contracting process. This purpose responds to the free and legitimate acceptance of the legal relationship between the User and GO&DANCE which implies the connection of this processing with third party files for the fulfilment of the specified purposes.
Access to the private area: To manage the registration and the subsequent data that the Users could generate through this area with the purpose of carrying out the general administration of their account, maintenance, control, as well as the management of their relationship with GO&DANCE.
Advertising of own Products and Services: GO&DANCE may send its Users commercial communications relating to advertising related to the services offered under the terms set out in section 3 of the Privacy Policy.
Profiling with external sources: GO&DANCE may draw up profiles based on information provided by third parties through marketing studies, statistical and segmentation techniques and procedures that allow the offer of services tailored to the characteristics and needs of its Users to be personalised. Such acceptance shall not imply automated decision making.
2.3. Data Retention
GO&DANCE informs its Users that their personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the purposes of the processing for the use of which they have been provided, provided that the User has not revoked his or her consent and, in any case, following the principle of minimisation of data contemplated in the applicable regulations.
In particular, the personal data provided by the Users will be kept for the period of time determined on the basis of the following criteria: (i) legal obligation of conservation; (ii) duration of the contractual relationship and attention to any responsibilities derived from such relationship; (iii) request for deletion by the interested party in the cases in which it is applicable.
Consequently, when their use is not necessary, personal data will be blocked and will only be made available to the competent authorities for the time and legal purposes established in the applicable regulations. Once this period has elapsed, they will be eliminated.
2.4. User rights
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, suppression and opposition, as well as the limitation and portability of their data in compliance with the provisions of current data protection legislation. Bearing in mind that the exercise of the same is very personal, it will be necessary for the affected person to prove their identity. The exercise of these rights must be made by means of a written communication signed by the holder of the data, indicating his or her address, attaching a copy of his or her National Identity Card or other supporting document, by writing to GO&DANCE, to the e-mail address info@goandance.com, or by sending a written communication to the following address: calle Pallars 196, Spaces - Oficina B12, C.P. 08005, Barcelona.
Likewise, the User may oppose the sending of commercial communications from GO&DANCE and withdraw his/her consent without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing of his/her personal data for other purposes.
For the proper management of the processing of the personal data of its Users, GO&DANCE has appointed a Data Protection Delegate to whom they can turn to resolve any questions they may have, and who can be contacted via e-mail at info@goandance.com.
GO&DANCE informs its Users of the possibility they have of filing a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if they believe that the correct assistance has not been obtained in the exercise of the rights mentioned in this section.
2.5. Data shared with third parties
Users' personal data may be accessed by: (i) employees authorised by GO&DANCE, (ii) third parties or collaborators who provide services to GO&DANCE and (iii) the organisers (the "Organisers") of events attended by GO&DANCE for the purpose of managing the provision of services, to contact the User in the event of any type of modification, as well as to comply with any legal requirements. In this case, this access to data on behalf of third parties is regulated in the corresponding data access contract in the terms established in section 2.4 of the Conditions of Use.
In addition, the personal data provided by the Users during the provision of the services will be transferred to the Organisers of the events and shows they attend so that they can keep them informed about other events and musical, cultural, theatrical, sporting or artistic shows and fairs of the Organiser, provided that the Users have expressly consented to the transfer for this purpose through the mechanism provided for this purpose. Notwithstanding the foregoing, during the purchase process, Users will be informed of the Organizer's data so that they can revoke their consent easily and free of charge if they so wish.
Within the framework of the communications referred to in the previous paragraph, international transfers of data may be made to third countries or international organisations for which the European Commission has taken a decision on the adequacy of the data.
3. DISPATCH OF COMMUNICATIONS
GO&DANCE informs its Users that whenever they make a purchase, a transactional email will be sent to them communicating the purchase confirmation of the tickets and providing the purchased tickets. Likewise, we may contact the User in order to inform him/her of any modification or novelty related to the event he/she attends.
In addition, GO&DANCE may send commercial communications related to the products or services offered by GO&DANCE or any of its collaborators to the Users provided that it has expressly and specifically consented to this by validating the box provided for this purpose or by any express consent.
The User may at any time waive the right to receive any commercial communication by sending an e-mail to info@goandance.com stating his/her intention to do so. Likewise, this possibility will be offered to the User in each commercial communication received via e-mail as well as through the Website in his/her personal space "My account".
4. COOKIES
As described in our Cookies Policy, we use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, pixels, ad tags and device identifiers) to recognize the User and/or his/her device(s) in the various services and devices. We also allow third parties to use cookies in the manner described in our Cookies Policy. You can control cookies through your browser settings and other tools.
5. UNDERAGE YOUTH
The services offered through the Website are only available to adults. Therefore, those who do not comply with this condition must refrain from providing personal information on the Website to be included in GO&DANCE's databases. However, with the prior consent of their parents or guardians may proceed to the inclusion of their personal data in the forms on the Website.
6. MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
GO&DANCE reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy in accordance with the applicable legislation at any time, and will duly inform the User on the Website, and therefore recommends that the User review them periodically to be informed of how GO&DANCE protects his or her information.
