****** TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE FESTIVAL

Registration makes payment of the entire registration fee binding. Payment must be executed at the same time as registration. Keep in mind: the date of receipt of payment is decisive for the respective price level. Payment can be made cash or by bank transfer. There will be no compensation or reduction of fees in case of missed workshops. Artistic crew and program are subject to changes. Possible resulting expenses cannot be compensated. CUBAN SALSA POWER is liable for any claimed damages in case of personal injury or property damage according to legal provisions, if damage is caused through gross negligence or deliberate action on the part of CUBAN SALSA POWER including any representatives and assistants. We assume no liability for attire. During the festival photos and videos will be taken. With their registration all participants agree to the use of these for PR- purposes in all forms of media.
