FRANCISCA TOMÀS, after 20 years dedicated to the world of dance and pedagogy, in September 2008 opened the doors of her "escola de dansa francisca tomàs" And fruit of her extensive experience as a dancer and teacher has created a school where thanks to the quality of its educational project, The Conselleria d ´educació i Cultura de les Illes Balears grants the rank of "Recognized School" to the year of its opening, and in 2012 the rank of "Authorized Private Center to teach the Elementary Degree and the Professional Degree of Classical Dance".

The performances of the "escola de dansa francisca tomàs" are a benchmark on the island, dancing for the benefit of social organizations and organizations: Sonrisa Médica, Mostra dansa 2010, 2011 and 2012 Palma City Council, Opera Brundibar, Auba, among many others. Doing a very important work of pedagogical dissemination of dance for the audience and for the students themselves, who have danced in all the major theaters of Mallorca.

The "Escola de Dansa Francisca Tomàs" is the only Private Centre authorised to teach the Elementary and Professional Grade of Classical Dance in all the Balearic Islands, thanks to the recognition of the quality of the educational project.
