🌟SAKIS & MIA

Sakis and Mia are internationally renowned professional dancers, choreographers, and performers. As founders and leaders of Bachata Romántica, one of the largest and most vibrant bachata schools in the Netherlands, they have dedicated their careers to sharing their passion for dance and creating unforgettable experiences both in the classes and on the dance floor. Known for their dynamic teaching style and inspiring energy, in combination with years of experience and inspiring students worldwide, Sakis and Mia will not only elevate your dancing skills but also ensure you feel the magic of connection and rhythm. 🌟ZAKA & MAYKEL

Zaka & Maykel are a dynamic bachata dance couple known for their fusion of contemporary artistry and bachata moderna.

Zaka, from Lithuania, is a professional dancer with a background in contemporary and bachata. A graduate of A. Lipeika Dance School and a former member of the contemporary dance theater AURA, she uses dance to share her passion, inspire others, and tell stories through movement.

Maykel, originally from Argentina and Denmark, is the Vice World Bachata Champion of 2023 and a decorated competitor with 8 social dance medals, including 2 golds. Known for his musicality, footwork, and expressive style.

Together, Zaka & Maykel focuse on sharing tools with their students of how to implement connection and musicality into a storytelling concept without limitations. Their slogan is: ᴅᴏɴ’ᴛ ᴊᴜꜱᴛ ᴅᴀɴᴄᴇ ɪᴛ - ꜰᴇᴇʟ ɪᴛ

🌟MARTA

Marta has a big amount of instagram followers and is known for her calm and kind way of explaining the detailed foundations of Bachata. She will lead our Lady Style Bootcamp where she’ll break down the techniques of how to move soft and feminine and help you to develop your self-confidence when dancing.

She graduated from the Academy of Physical Education as well as the 1st stage of Music School and found the connection between these areas in the dance. Recently she became no. 4 in the World Bachata Social Competition in Warsaw and got the 1st place in the Jack&Jill Competition during the Copenhagen Bachata Congress.

She has just moved to Copenhagen from Poland, where she used to lead dance classes and a lady style team.

Marta is currently teaching and running bootcamps and workshops both local and on international festivals.

Social dancing and enjoying a good connection with people goes hand in hand, which you will witness once you’ve met her!

🌟VICKY & MARQUITO

Vicky and Marquito both began their Salsa and Bachata journeys nearly 10 years ago: Vicky in Bielefeld at the university and Marquito in Aachen in the dance school of Chami & Julie. A few years later they also started teaching. For the past two years, they have been teaching regular classes together in Bielefeld, while also performing as artists (and Marquito also as DJ) at festivals and events across Europe.

They specialize in Bachata Sensual and Salsa Line (On1, On2), and are dedicated to continuous learning, having studied under numerous known teachers from around the world.

In their teaching, they emphasize the importance of both followers and leaders equally contributing to the dance. They focus on developing strong technique for both roles, ensuring their students understand the “why” behind the moves. This philosophy is reflected in their dynamic and balanced dance style.

🌟HADRIEN

Hadrien is a versatile dancer who has gained extensive experience in Reggaeton and West Coast Swing in addition to Salsa and Bachata. His dance journey began in 2017 during his engineering studies, when he first immersed himself in the world of salsa and bachata.

After two years of intensive practice, he took part in his first bachata competition, became a member of Korke and Judith's bachata team and celebrated successes such as 1st place in the team at the Bachatart Festival and 2nd place at the Afrolatin Dance Festival. Hadrien has also developed several of his own choreographies in bachata and salsa and has performed with the Alegria Dance Company at numerous salsa porto festivals. He is also an active member of the dance group SalsaMeetsFriends.

His dance style is characterized by expressiveness and versatility. In his lessons, he knows how to teach even complex elements in an easily understandable way and to refine the basics with precise tips so that progress is quickly visible.

🌟ILIAS & ANNI

Ilias and Anni are dance instructors at Salsa del Alma in Hannover. Anni brings exceptional body awareness from her time as a former national team figure skater and became certified by Sara Panero in 2024. Ilias has been dancing for 7 years, is certified by Korke & Judith, and has furthered his training at the Esencia Studios in Madrid.

Their style blends the Esencia Style of Marco & Sara as well as Miguel & Sunsire with influences from Korke & Judith. Continuous learning is a priority for both, ensuring they provide their students with the latest techniques and trends in Bachata.

In their classes, they emphasize strong technical foundations and teach figures that can be easily applied in social dancing—rather than just focusing on routines limited to the classroom. With their combination of passion, professionalism and warmth, they create a unique learning experience for every dancer!
