He has always been sensitive to the needs of people, accompanying them now in coaching processes is for him more than a profession, it is his vocation and gives meaning to his life trajectory.
Dancer, Instructor, Choreographer and Producer with more than 15 years of career in the artistic medium, he began his training at the My Salsa & Sabor Academy, where he not only learned the style of Cuban salsa, but also other dance genres and styles.
He has had training for the growth of the integral training of the dancer, throughout his career he has held various positions such as Director of Style & Timba, Director of Academic Affairs of the Caracas Dance Company School of Arts, member of the Commission of Jury and Academic Committee of the Salsa Casino de Venezuela Organization.
Creator of the design of integral education in dance for the dancer, which goes into the professional, dance and practice training of the dancer.

I have held a position in teaching and management of educational institutions, where he has had the roles of teacher, coordinator and manager. Taking into account that I have worked with teenagers in training for work, where they will prepare for the labor field, this has allowed us to continue growing professionally to be able to work in the area of ​​online and classroom training.
At the dance level I began to give training in 2005, leaving me with more than 14 years of teaching experience, I have worked in several areas to train integral dancers, starting from my strength that is Latin Dance (Casino Salsa and Afro-Cuban genres ), in the last 5 years I have developed a methodology for teaching dance where it covers all aspects of pedagogical teaching, for 2018 it dictated the first cohort of the Teaching Certification for Dance Teaching, where we focus on graduating Dance teacher with that human quality and based on educational principles. This certification has the endorsement of the most important university in Venezuela, which is the Central University of Venezuela (UCV).
