Salsamas Dance School Invites You to the Health Event at Schliersee: “Your Health! Your Choice!”
We are delighted to announce a special event taking place on March 22 and 23, 2025, in the picturesque Schliersee. Under the motto “Your Health! Your Choice! – Body, Mind, and Soul in Flow!”, participants can look forward to an inspiring weekend dedicated to harmonizing body, mind, and soul.
The event offers a variety of activities focusing on different aspects of health. Attendees will enjoy engaging lectures on topics such as levels of health, the five elements, connection in partner dancing, and respectful dancing. These sessions will be led by experienced speakers and dancers from the dance school, providing valuable insights into the importance of health, well-being, and the powerful inspiration that dance offers.
In addition to the lectures, workshops will help participants refine their dance skills while enhancing mindfulness and body awareness. A guided walk with meditation through the breathtaking nature around Lake Schliersee completes the program, offering a perfect moment for relaxation and reflection.
Of course, the festivities wouldn’t be complete without a party! In the evening, an exciting salsa, bachata, and kizomba party will take place, giving participants the opportunity to put their newfound skills into practice and celebrate together.
Founders Silvina and Pablo aim to inspire people to actively take charge of their health and well-being.
