Agata Faye

Agata Faye is a Bachata/Salsa artist and also the owner of Agata Dance Academy based in Bucharest.

Since childhood she was trained in Ballet, Contemporary, Folkoric dances, Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba and other styles

Qualifications
Master - Choreography and performance in dance
Bachelor's Degree - Choreographic Art - Performing Arts
Psycho-pedagogical module level I and level II
Certified professional dancer

Agata has been studying the art of dance since she was 8 years old. She graduated from the "Floria Capsali" Choreography High School, where she developed his passion for dance and turned it into a career. Thus, she studied both ballet in the specialized school as well as folk dances and contemporary dance, for 9 years. In addition to these styles, she is very passionate about Latin American dances, which she has been practicing since the age of 15.
She continued her university studies in the field of choreographic art at the National University of Theater and Cinematographic Art "I. L. Caragiale" from Bucharest and completed the master's degree in Choreography and Dance Performance from the same university.

Among the awards she won are:
1st place National Choreography Olympiad 2013 - contemporary dance section
The award for the best choreographic performance in the 2016 UNATC Graduate Gala (choreography and own concept)
Special prize in the ALT National Choreography Competition 2016 (choreography and own concept)
1st place Romanian Latin Dance Cup 2016 - solo mixed salsa 
1st place Freestyle Competition Romania Salsa Week 2016 - Freestyle Bachata
1st place National Bachata Championship Romania BachataStars 2016 - bachata professionals
