caraBdanza organizes contemporary dance performances and shows for all audiences.
Founded in 2007. caraBdanza, Compañía de Danza Contemporánea, was founded in Madrid in 2007 under the artistic direction of Gonzalo Díaz.
The work developed from the very beginning by the Company is situated in an internal state, in which each person involved comes into contact with themselves, their emotions, their history, their ideas, and at the same time connects with the environment.
Gonzalo Díaz in his work as a choreographer develops the idea of making a personal creation work with interdisciplinary elements, this work goes after the search for a language of his own that he creates through contemporary dance, where technique finds its place of relevance. Following this line are incorporated choreographies by Ana Catalina Román, Gemma Güell and Carolina Márquez, opening the company to new guest choreographers. caraBdanza is a stable group, which is nourished by the artistic quality of its dancers.
