There are many dance schools in Barcelona today, what you have to do is to value the one that best suits you depending on your needs and interests.
Seven Dance gives you some items to keep in mind when deciding on a good dance academy:
TEACHER: Seven Dance has a team of teachers with years of experience and great professional recognition in the different styles of dance (salsa, bachata, swing and ballroom dancing). Dynamic, active people with great technical and pedagogical knowledge. And above all, an impressive human quality. You will learn and have a great time! You'll find we're one big family.
FACILITIES: We have exceptional facilities with more than 450 m2, distributed as follows:
3 rooms with floating parquet flooring and mirrors, changing rooms, showers and vending service and a reception where all your doubts will be attended.
PRACTICAL SESSIONS:
The halls on the main floor are used from Thursday to Sunday to practice, more than 20 hours a week and we call them Dio Club sessions, to rehearse and develop everything you learn during the week and have a meeting point with other classmates or other dance schools. Right now, Dio Club is the reference room of the city.
SCHEDULE: The schedule is also an important point. Seven Dance offers classes all week, from Monday to Sunday.
LEVELS: There are different schedules for the different levels. People who start from zero are not the same as people who have already done some classes and have knowledge about dancing. That's why we offer level tests and free trial classes so you can see if it's really what you like, and try different types of dance: salsa, bachata, swing and ballroom dancing.
No need to come with a partner. Although it's a couple dance, we take care of making homogeneous groups where there is male-female parity to be able to dance and learn with the whole group, while meeting new people.
PROXIMITY: Today we don't have time for anything, so it is vital that the dance school is close to your home, your work or your activities.
Seven Dance is located in the heart of Barcelona, in the Dreta de L' Eixample near the Hospital Sagrat Cor, swimming pools Sant Jordi and Francesc Macià Square. Numerous buses (H8,27,32,41,54,66,59) and metro (Hospital Clínic L5 and Entença L5), arrive to our facilities: in Passatge d' en Sagristà 7,08029 Barcelona.
PRICES: The price is a very important point. For 45 €/month you have 10 hours of guided classes with more than 300 hours of practice per term.
You must demand the purchase receipt for the course in order to claim if necessary.
