Escuela de Danza Russkaya
Description
In 1994, Laura Torres, director of Russkaya, began her career in a School that, in its beginnings, was going to be a Music and Dance Lyceum with only and exclusively Russian teachers, coming to this end from the Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory in Saint Petersburg. Due to the magnitude of the project, it could not be carried out privately, but in spite of everything, it was decided to continue opening a Ballet and Piano School where the basic pillars were the personalized attention of the students and the quality of the teaching.
It was also decided to include Spanish Dance and Flamenco, always with first class teachers, and organizing their students in groups of all levels to ensure their proper learning.
All these characteristics have led the Russkaya School to reach one of the highest levels of Madrid in these disciplines.
