Academia de Danza Oriental Sahra Ardah

The SAHRA ARDAH ORIENTAL DANCE ACADEMY is located in Madrid (Spain).

Surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has more than 140m2, diaphanous and air-conditioned rooms, toilets, tea room, library ... Everything is designed for our students to have the greatest comfort and learning tailored to each.

The course is organized in six progressive levels in difficulty and is complemented with the study of elements, folklore, tribal, training for dancers in the company formative Sahara and teachers course.

In addition, the school offers many other disciplines, such as yoga, floor bar, percussion classes, aerobics, Latin rhythms, samba, dance for children, aerobox, stretching, fitball, GAP, gymnastics maintenance ... With which our students increase their performance and increase their physical capabilities.
