El Centro Habitado, in Lugo, is a space dedicated to therapy and activities for integral well-being, so we believe that disciplines such as dance are an important pillar of this well-being. We offer classes in Oriental Dance and Pilates, as well as other activities other than dance such as Yoga, Reiki, Acupuncture,...
We are open from Monday to Friday in the mornings (from 10h to 14h) and in the afternoons (from 17h to 21h). The Inhabited Centre is located at Rúa da Raíña, number 14 (4º C) in Lugo.
