Filipa Castanhas

Filipa Castanhas started dancing African dances (Kizomba, Semba, Kuduro, Funaná) and Latin rhythms (Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Chachacha) in 2004. After 1 year of training, she was invited by the Escola de Dança Sabor Latino (Porto) to join the Companhia de Dança Latina.

In 2008, she moved to Lisbon and started her Degree in Dance, which she completed in 2012. Since then, he has been teaching Latin and African rhythms in several schools and has started working with children and young people in fields of fairs, secondary and primary schools, atls, kindergartens and creches.
