Tyron & Rokhaya

Passionate Senegalese dancers, ROKHAYA & TYRON, met on the dance floors in the Pink City, known as Toulouse in France.

ROKHAYA resides in Toulouse and is very fond of music of all kinds. She comes from a dynamic dancing background that includes Mbalax, Dancehall, Salsa, and Hip-Hop.

She discovered Kizomba in Rennes, France thanks to her friends but really began to dance it in Toulouse on the famous parquet of La Folia.

TYRON, is a French language and literature teacher and let’s just say that he’s got exceptional skills.

A Mbalax dancer at first, he turned to Semba in his later year and has become a phenomenon at it.

His passion and enthusiasm for the dance was quickly discovered on the dance floors across France and Europe.

They first started their collaboration for the Kizomba Open eliminatory in Bordeaux during the “I’m Your DJ” event in September 2015. Thereafter, they gave different Semba and Kizomba workshops in the following cities:

- Toulouse (various workshops)

- Barcelona (various workshops)

- Tours (Kiz Motion)

- Le Mans (Kiz’O’Mans, weekly classes and parties for the « Festa Do Semba » )

- Vierzon (Dance Fusion Bootcamp Festival)

- Cluj (Cluj Kizomba Festival)
