Description
Lindy hop teacher and choreographer. Private and Group Lessons.
I always felt a great interest in dancing so when I moved to Madrid from my hometown I didn't hesitate, among other things, to learn to dance.
I started in 2005, with Ritmos Latinos y Bailes de Salón, in the school A Bailar Madrid, where I met Juanjo Pacheco, the only teacher who then specialized in North American Rhythms. He was the one I saw one day dancing Rock&Roll, and another dance called Lindy Hop, which I didn't know.
Since then I have been learning and evolving in the world of Swing, expanding my training in Barcelona and also abroad: London, Paris, Toulouse, Herrang and currently in the Czech Republic. As a teacher I specialize in Lindy Hop, Charleston, Boogie-Woogie, Balboa, Shag and Jazz Steps, being the first teacher in Madrid to teach Shim Sham in my classes. My years of teaching experience have given me a great ability to detect technical faults easily and a wide variety of systems to fix them.
I founded with my former partner the school Blanco y Negro Studio, and for 8 years I was the director and teacher, as well as one of the organizers of the Swing Madrid Festival, an annual international event dedicated to Lindy Hop, Boogie-Woogie, Balboa, Charleston and Jazz Steps.
